Metaswitch, as sponsors of Project Clearwater, provide best effort support to the community via the mailing list clearwater@lists.projectclearwater.org, as do other community members. If you have any issues with Clearwater, please subscribe to the list and post a message – subscribing to the list means your emails don’t need to be pre-approved meaning they will appear on the list faster. Metaswitch aims to respond to all queries within 2-3 working days, although we are occasionally unable to meet this due to other pressures on the developers’ time.
